CONCEPT OF TPA & BENEFITS TO THE ORGANISATION
- It has been observed that organizations face issues like basic training to apprentices, documentation work, liasoning with apprentice board, addressing compliance issues, show cause notices, etc. Companies need to deploy additional man power to carry out these procedures.
- To simplify and facilitate this process, MSDE has initiated support to organizations for implementing the apprenticeship Programme through TPA.
- After outsourcing these activities, organizations can concentrate more on their core function and need not engage additional manpower for these activities.
