ROLE OF CLASSIC MANPOWER OPERATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED AS A TPA
- Facilitate engagement of apprentices.
- Facilitate employer in setting up the curriculum, assessment and certification for apprentices in optional trades.
- Comply with the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961 and rules made there under.
- CLASSIC MANPOWER OPERATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will maintain the Trainees Reports in Apprenticeship Portal on behalf of Establishments without any compliance. CMOPL ensure up and running of the NAPS Training Program at
Client Location in smooth manner as periodically.
- CLASSIC MANPOWER OPERATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will also comply with the formalities required for trade apprentices to appear All India Trade Tests (NCVT) for Apprentices as and when required.
- CLASSIC MANPOWER OPERATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED would be processing all the compliances, grievances according to Apprentices ACT 1961.
- Processing and Payment of stipend to apprentices on behalf of company.
- Liaisoning & Co-ordination with Apprentice advisor, Apprentice board or any other related Government Organisation on behalf of the company.
